PowerShell does not load properly and file upload does not work

When loading PowerShell I get the following message: "WARNING: INITIALIZATION: Fallback context save mode to process because of error during checking token cache persistence: Could not get access to the shared lock file.."

And I'm not able to upload files - just get an upload failure.

Up to 10 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 3.0 MiB each and 30.0 MiB total.

Do you get this error message simply by launching Powershell.exe? Have you tried Powershell_ise? Does that also fail?

We can't help you if you don't provide any details of what statements your script runs, what site you are trying to upload to, what account you are using, the details of when it last worked and what changes might have been made, what steps you have done to troubleshoot the problem, what OS you are running, what version of Powershell you are running, etc, etc, etc.

How did you get this error message? What is the version of your powershell?

I have the same problem. When I run script in C# PowerShell SDK, code waiting 5-6 minutes and get this warning "Fallback context save mode to process because of error during checking token cache persistence: Could not get access to the shared lock file.."

Just restart your powershell if you are operating in cloudshell.

same here. Trying to open CLI from Azure Portal. Looks like the associated blob is read only and does not allow me run commands.
