I can't upload assignments in Teams straight from OneDrive

Question

I use teams for schooling. I am unable to "Add Work" and select the OneDrive file path and upload through there. To upload the document I have to either download it first, then upload from downloads folder on my computer. Or I have to go on my school iPad, select upload from device under the assignment, browse, locations, OneDrive, and go through the folders to upload an assignment. It would be much easier for me to be able to use the built in file explorer you get when you click add work.

I select a file, click attach, wait for it to load, and click turn it and I always get this:

If anyone knows how to fix this that would be awesome it can make turning in work a pain. Thank You!

According to your description, do you mean you cannot use add work to upload assignments in Microsoft Teams? I searched the official documents and it tells you how to turn in assignments:

As this error said, you can try to remove the file and see if this issue still persist.
Also, please make sure your teacher not choose Student’s can’t edit option in Microsoft Teams. For more details, please refer to:

Hi there! I have the same problem with you but I found a solution for this that may help you. I started by going to the OneDrive file and select some files that I don't need anymore. Then, I retry to submit my assignment and it works! In conclusion, your OneDrive might have too many files and needs to delete some of it that you don't use anymore.
