If the above doesn’t work, please check if there’s any related event ID in Applications and service logs>Microsoft>windows> Hyper-V VMMS/ Hyper-V Worker, if yes, please provide the detailed error information.

I have already updated HBA card driver as hpe suggested and done.

Error:
1- SQL2' failed to start. (Virtual machine ID BAF51D-cd56-434C-B200-7C34DF4D73)

2- SQL2': NPIV virtual port operation on virtual port (C003FFA31DBA0014) failed with an error: The operation is not supported by the fabric. ((Virtual machine ID BAF51D-cd56-434C-B200-7C34DF4D73)

3-The description for Event ID 12004 from source Microsoft-Windows-Hyper-V-Worker cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer.

If the event originated on another computer, the display information had to be saved with the event.

The locale specific resource for the desired message is not present

Please advise, i have uninstall ad install HBA card drivers,, and my CSV is already mapped with same HBA card.

Virtual Port creation failure because the WWPN is still in use because of:

• HBA failing to remove virtual port
  

• Host unresponsiveness

Make sure all cluster nodes are running the exact same driver and firmware for the SAN and network adapters.
Please check if you have properly connected the FC cable on your Hyper-V hosts.
Please verify that no running VM is using same WWPN.

Try to remove the port using HBA management tools or by using a WMI call or by rebooting the host. Escalate the issue with the HBA and fabric vendors
If a host hang is confirmed by identifying fabric ports using fabric management tools, reboot connected host or disable the offending fabric port.

Or you can try to copy the fiber channel WWPN numbers when the VM is off and open the settings of the VM and remove fiber channel adapter and start up the VM.
If it started up normally, you can shut down the VM and add the fiber channel adapter again with the same WWPN settings.

Also You need enable NPIV in:

• Storage
  

• Switch FC (comand Cisco FC Switchs)
  

• HBAs (OneCommand Manager for Emulex HBA)
  

• Create Virtual Port in every fisical server (OneCommand Manager for Emulex HBA)
  

• Zoning your WWNN/WWPN in your Storage.

If you have more than one physical HBA, you have to create one vport on each pHBA and associate the these pHBAs to the vSAN

My question is
Since i want to use SQL cluster HA so what other option i can do
I have see in VM setting under disk there is option to use physical disk so if i map the 3 new drive one for database one for quorum and for Msdtc with use phusical disk option so can i able to configure the sql cluster HA
Please advise
