How to pass domain_hint in query param of Azure AD B2C user flow ( custom policies ) using .Net Core

I've created multiple claims providers in custom policy, I need to pass domain_hint while initiating user flow from .net core application in order to get redirected to that particular IDP. Is there any way to do?
