Delta Column in Application Insights Performance

I would like to know what is the use of Delta Column in Application insights performance when zoomed in, I mean there is an information stated above but could u guys please elaborate?

    With additional details we can better answer this question, but if you are asking about the duration delta, that's the difference between the start and end times which will give you the response time. A high response time may indicate that you would benefit from performance improvements:
