No eligible B2C Tenants found

No eligible B2C Tenants found is getting displayed for "B2C Tenant" followed the steps as the twice as per article "https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory-b2c/tutorial-create-tenant#:~:text=Next%20steps.%201%20Create%20an%20Azure%20AD%20B2C,as%20a%20Favorite%20in%20the%20Azure%20portal.%20"

checked other detail as well.

If I check the subscription of my B2C tenant it says "No subscription..." there is no option to change subscription as present in some blogs

I can only add new subscription to B2C tenant cannot link with existing one.

Thank you for your post! Can you share a screenshot of what you're seeing? You should be able to link an existing subscription to your B2C Tenant by following this documentation.

Before following the tutorial, can you make sure you're in the correct directory:

I was also facing similar issue. But,iIn your newly created tenant search for "Azure AD B2C" here you will see that you have already registered and can confirm by clicking the subscription Id. . ![51840-azure-b2c-tenant.jpg][1] [1]: /answers/storage/attachments/51840-azure-b2c-tenant.jpg

Thanks for pointing this out! So basically, if you create a new B2C tenant, its subscription will automatically be set to the one you choose in the creation step (subscription in your original tenant).

For the basic scenario, there is no longer a need to first create a B2C tenant, then link it to your subscription, as a lot of older guides on the Internet will tell you to do.

@BhavikVyas-1585
Thank you for the screenshots and follow up! Based off the B2C documentation, you should have linked your B2C tenant during creation.

You can confirm this by navigating to your B2C tenant -> Search "AzureAD B2C" in the search bar -> Check if your subscription status is registered, as shown in anonymous user's post.

You're receiving the "No eligible B2C tenants" found because your B2C tenant could already be linked to a subscription.

Thank you for the quick follow up and screenshots! I followed the documentation and was able to reproduce what you're seeing, which is by design.

You linked your subscription to your B2C tenant during creation and you can confirm it, as seen within your screenshots:
52306-image.png

The subscription won't populate within your B2C tenant under the subscription service, because you're only linking your B2C tenant to your Azure Subscription for billing purposes. If you select the hyperlink for your subscriptionID within your B2C tenant, you'll be redirected to your AzureAD tenant, where your subscription resides.

Thank you for your time and patience.

Thanks for your assistance @JamesTran-MSFT , but things are not working for me at all. Did all that was mentioned with respect to subscription.

I even purchased the third subscription for my "Dev" B2C instance, performed "Change directory" so that it comes up under the B2C tenant which it did, but still the issue remains I am unable work with any MVC app or just about anything programmatically with this tenant.
To be absolutely sure we already got these things working in one of our personal tenant, just to double check we are not making any mistake here from our side.

FRY :- Below are the snapshot of the B2C Tenant with different Subscription binding. Looks like will have to ask the client to buy some MS support hour, I 52463-third-subscription.pngam already burned up now.

I had this exact same issue.
You have to log out of azure and log back in. Then the B2C client realized it was connected to the subscription.

I connected the B2C tenant to the subscription during creation NOT post-creation with the "link existing tenant" option.
