I have passed Exam MB2-716: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customization and Configuration and i wanted to download the certificate from site https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/learning/dashboard.aspx
But on clicking on view certificate, it is showing blank page and not able to view or download the certificated.
I wanted this issue to resolve at earliest, contact the microsoft support team regarding the same, not much help provided. Still the issue persist.
Please provided early resolution to it.
