Re-designating: members and owners

How do I change myself back into to an owner, If I accidently changed myself into a member? Note our IT department is swamped with other COVID priorities.

    Besides your IT department, the only other way is asking another Owner of the group.

    Hi ShraderDaniel,

    Agree with JeromeL, another team owner can assign you as the owner role. The steps are as below:

    1. in Teams, select the team name and click More options > Manage team.
    2. In the Members tab, choose the owner role for you.
