Unavailable renewal subscription for Microsoft Action Pack after I login Partner Center

Dear Sir / Madam,

I could NOT renew my company’s Microsoft Action Pack Subscription after I login in Partner Center. It is unavailable for renewal. Please help me how to do. Many thanks!

Dear Jerryzy,

I have login "partner membership center". But I could NOT find any "membership offers" for Renew Microsoft Action Pack subscription in partner dashboard. Would you please check it for me? My MPN Id: 4541739. I have just been alert by your Microsoft's email. My subsciption is expired.
