Pearson Exam Customer Support

How can i access customer support for a Pearson Vue course? I have an exam scheduled for right now and the exam will not open.

Unfortunately, I had an extremely unpleasant and annoying experience during the course of the exam - that the exam was revoked and I was informed about getting in touch with the Customer Support team - who have now informed me that there is no pending action be taken from your end.

May I take this opportunity to educate and inform you that on account of connectivity issues, I had been logged out of the exam and was waiting for the proctor to grant me access to the exam.
After waiting initially for about 7-8 minutes (at around 22:10 hours on 29th June 2021) after being logged out, the proctor asked me to look into the webcam - which I immediately did then.

I believed that the Pearson Vue Proctor would now grant me access to the exam and I could begin working on the remaining questions of the exam.

Unfortunately, that didn't happen and I was left waiting again - on the page (screenshot attached) that didn't have any button or means to reach out to the proctor.

After an additional 10 minutes of waiting - at 22:20 hours, I reached out to grab my cell phone to take a picture of the time I lost waiting and not given access to the exam environment (as attached). I have also made a video recording of the time (between 22:20 and 22:23) whereby I am waiting for the exam to be released to me and have no one attending to my problem or checking what is wrong with the exam access.

Only after another 10 mins, at around 22:34 hours, the proctor popped up on the chat window and asked if I had completed the exam. That is when I informed her that I had been waiting since 22:10 hours for her to provide access to the exam environment and that there is no help button/function for me to access whilst I am stuck out of the exam environment.

The proctor then mentioned about the policy of no use of cell phone permitted during the exam hours - to which I replied stating that the very purpose of reaching out to the cell phone was to keep a record of not having access to the exam environment and I had been waiting without any assistance or guidance on re-access to the exam environment.
(P.S - these discussions can be verified and checked in the session chat history

The proctor then informed about she was required to abort the current exam and that a case would be generated . I was then required to wait to make a note of the case id and a contact phone number for Pearson Customer support - which I received at around 22:50 hours.

Upon getting in touch with the Customer Support team earlier today evening, I have been informed that there is 'No action to be taken' update on the case id and that I need to re-book as a fresh exam with full payment fees, for me to appear for the exam again. This has been extremely disappointing and annoying.

Unfortunately, my overall experience with Pearson Vue and outcome on this occasion has been extremely unpleasant and annoying, and not satisfying.

May I request to relook at the case details, case chat history, proctor-participant interactions and the attached picture and video undertaken to address the concerns listed.

i had enter the exam issue, keeps shutting down before i get in even after relaunching many times
the proctor is not reachable and my paid exam is gone how to retake the exam now
