i cant create a virtual machine or cmg virtual machine

I have a lab to implement CMG in Endpoint Configuration Manager with azure trial subscription.
when I run the wizard in the endpoint console this ended with the error "The requested VM level is currently unavailable in Western US 2 for this subscription. Please try another level or deploy it to a different location "
when i try to create a virtual machine the size form shows "not available for subscription".

thank.

I was able to deploy finally today! Not sure if converting to pay-as-you-go is part of what helped. My desired region was not available, but I was able to Pick South Central US and it deployed. Thankfully I can continue my testing, Proof-of-Concept, and move forward now.

Hope this helps - be persistent and just keep trying. Maybe convert your trial account to pay-as-you-go if it's still not working. The free trial credit carried forward and will still expire. I'll cancel the account before expiry though :)

We are having the same issue - there are no regions available in CMG setup that will properly provision.

Do you also have a trial suscription?

Yes it was trial. I also converted it to pay as you go to see if it would work but it is still restricted. I still cannot deploy a cmg nor manually create vms. Bummer!

There has been some capacity issues in Azure recently due to surge in usage.
Please find details here: Microsoft cloud services continuity

We’re implementing a few temporary restrictions designed to balance the best possible experience for all of our customers. We have placed limits on free offers to prioritize capacity for existing customers. We also have limits on certain resources for new subscriptions. These are ‘soft’ quota limits, and customers can raise support requests to increase these limits. If requests cannot be met immediately, we recommend customers use alternative regions (of our 54 live regions) that may have less demand surge. To manage surges in demand, we will expedite the creation of new capacity in the appropriate region.

Have there been any service disruptions?
Despite the significant increase in demand, we have not had any significant service disruptions. As a result of the surge in use over the last week, we have experienced significant demand in some regions (Europe North, Europe West, UK South, France Central, Asia East, India South, Brazil South) and are observing deployments for some compute resource types in these regions drop below our typical 99.99 percent success rates.

Although the majority of deployments still succeed, (so we encourage any customers experiencing allocation failures to retry deployments), we have a process in place to ensure that customers that encounter repeated issues receive relevant mitigation options. We treat these short-term allocation shortfalls as a service incident and we send targeted updates and mitigation guidance to impacted customers via Azure Service Health—as per our standard process for any known platform issues.

How does that work? How many times do I try and fail before something works? I just need to know - What Region can I use that has A2, so that a CMG deployment will work? Not allowing people to test their deployment options before going live is crazy. I understand the load. Once I confirm all is working, I'll be deactivating this pay-as-you-go account completely and will stand this up in our production account.
