Hi,
If I open a Office Document via Sharepoint/Onedrive4Business via the Browser I can edit the document, but when I select "Open with Desktop App" I am getting an error message that this feature is disabled.
How can I enable this?

@JohannesEbner-7834, To check if the issue is with Intune, we suggest to do the following test.
1. Please check if we have WIP configured for the affected user or device.
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/security/information-protection/windows-information-protection/create-wip-policy-using-intune-azure
2, Did it happen to other device which is not managed by Intune.
Please check the above information and if there's any update, feel free to let us know.
Dear @Crystal-MSFT
I think I found the root cause. The affected O365/M365 ORG is a NGO Org I am supporting. Its working on the Clients of this ORG, it is also working on my private PC. But it is not working on my Corporate (Work) Client, it seems its disabled in the Org of my work company which of course I cannot influence.
Br,
Johannes
@JohannesEbner-7834,, Thanks for the update. I agree with you. It can be that some policies be configured in the org by the administrator which limit the feature to be used. You can contact the administrator to check on this. If there's anything else we can help, feel free to let us know.
Thanks and have a nice day!
