Hi All,

If i set an EnrollmentAgentCertificateTemplate does this effect all my Relying party trust?

    It is a farm setting.

    This configuration can be an issue if you are currently or planning to use Windows Hello for Business in an Hybrid and Certificate Trust type and wanted to use a different enrollment agent certificate. You could use the same and then no issue. Or ideally use a Key trust if you want to use Windows Hello for Business at the same time or in the future.
