Hi
Past few days i have observed that Microsoft Store API is working very slow, even retrieval takes time and i have noticed that API updates takes unusually longer time approx 15 to 20 mins.
What could be the reason ?

I am having the same problem.
I submitted my app update on the 2nd Jan but its still not published in the store. Pending on certification for 4 days now... :((((

Could you please tell me what Store APIs that you are using?

Using IngestionClient.cs I am calling Store Submission related API like
GetStoreAppListingUrlTemplate
GetSubmissionUrlTemplate
UpdateUrlTemplate
CommitSubmissionUrlTemplate
CreateSubmissionUrlTemplate
Here while calling UpdateUrlTemplate and CommitSubmissionUrlTemplate it take quite long time then before to return 'Success' or 'Failed' status.
Surprisingly GetStoreAppListingUrlTemplate also takes too much time to return apps list.
At first i thought it might be internet issue, but rest of the websites are working fine and with normal speed, except Store Submission API calls.

Based on your words, you are using the submission API to manage your package, right? I'd suggest you open a free support ticket there: Contact Us. Choose to Contact us, select Dashboard for Topic, and select App submissions and management for issue type.

Strange. Looks like Store API Server has some AI that read you post and fixed it. ;p
