Approx cost for SKU and AAD

Hi,

I´d like to know approximately how much it would cost a small charity (with their free Azure Credits). Only approximately - will it cost them 10$, 100$ or 1000$ a month. Or a year?

Based on this information and these estimates:

They want to publish PowerBI-Reports to A) people outside of the organization which B) do not have a PowerBI-Account/shall not have to sign-in. To be able to do so (at least without having an on-premise-server) they require AzureAD and an SKU.

They want to publish these reports on their own website & they will be accessed by max 3000 unique visitors a year.

The reports itself will be updated approx. 6 times a year; they consist of "max 5 MB" if downloaded - the dataset is rather small. I do not know hot long/how much load this will produce on a SKU, but I guess "short/tiny".

Additonal questions:
Are there additional estimates required to be able to "really" calculate the cost - not only "approximate" them?
Will the requirements for AzureAD and an SKU "overrun" their free Azure Credits?
Is it possible to configure the SKU in such a way that it rather stops than produce a cost overrun?
Which factors are critical for them to not produce a cost-overrun?

As you see, it´s another project which will have to be done "on the cheap".

Hi Michael,

Their best bet would be to make a free ticket with the Billing support team, as they'll be able to give a good estimate of what everything will cost.
