How to resolve SCCM showing no reports?

I meant to post this on the SCCM forum so I'm not sure if this the right place. If not, move it or let me know where to post it. Thanks!

After installing Report Service Point, there is still empty reports in the SQL Server Reporting Service site. The report folder is created on the SQL Server machine but the site does not show any folder or pages. It shows empty. Is this an issue on the SCCM reinstall service point or on the SSRS?

@CharlieLor-4693
Thank you for posting in Microsoft Q&A forum.
The reporting services point in Configuration Manager communicates with SQL Server Reporting Services to copy Configuration Manager reports to a specified report folder and configure Reporting Services settings and security settings.
We need to use the following procedure to verify that SQL Server Reporting Services is installed and running correctly, then install the reporting services point:
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/mem/configmgr/core/servers/manage/configuring-reporting#verify-sql-server-reporting-services-installation

Many thanks for all the responses. I got it working now. I'm not sure exactly what I did but I believed it has something to do with the certification I'm using.

Your logs clearly show that SSRS is NOT running. Make sure that SSRS is running.
