Not able to add MPN ID to App registration

Even after waiting for 5 days I still get the message that there is a temporarly problem {7pYML/mGErwcLuxfuFBEk2}

If you're having issues adding a verified publisher to your app registration, and have received the below error message, this is a known issue that engineering is working to resolve. We don’t have a specific ETA yet, but are hoping to have one soon.


Error Message:
"message": "A verified publisher cannot be added to this application. Please contact your administrator for assistance."

I have tried the solutions, but the problem still exists. I can't add our MPN id. Our MPN id=6323693

Please do so. I want our app to be registrated and i am now already trying for several weeks to get it done.

I have tried to make a support request, but every time I submit I get the message 'Our troubleshooter did not detect any issues with your inputs.'
I do have an issue. Nothing works. Why isn't there a solution available?
