I am tylorsenna. Recently when i install UWP package, system show an error:
The AppX deployment operation of the package HuaweiPC.Huawei-Histen_1.0.39.0_neutral_~_jc7rjcb91gpb6 failed with the error 0x80073CF6. The specific error text of this failure is: Error 0x800701C9: When preparing to process the request, the system cannot register the windows.capability extension due to the following error: There is no authorization entity element in the SCCD that matches the application being installed; the PFN does not match, or the element’s The signature hash is not verified.
So i need your help.

Looks like an app package signature error. Take a look at this article
Thanks for your help, i followed this documents also failed. I checked the PFN, it is correct, and the capabilities only add the id sent from the last email. The signature hash is read from the certificate that generated the application package.
Besides, Since BCCD needs Microsoft's signature, I also tried to set the test mode in SCCD and open the developer mode to install the application, but the same error was reported.
I used the test certificate to generate the application package. The SCCD file is not signed. I set the test mode (<DeveloperModeOnly Value="true" />) in SCCD so that it does not need to be signed and only used in developer mode, also report same error.
So I need your help analyze this issue.
