Each Azure subscription can contain multiple account administrators, is it right?
What is the difference between Owner and Administrator?
Owner is a role for Azure Resources entities (Subscriptions/Resource Groups/VMs/...) and Global Administrator is a role for Azure AD entities (Users/Users groups/Applications/...).
I think, you can say that each Azure subscription can have multiple owners.
You can read more about this at:
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/role-based-access-control/rbac-and-directory-admin-roles
Hope this helps.
How do I become a paid subscriber
guys am unable to verify my visa card for free subscription @ITSupport-9957 @MicrosoftAzureSupport-9620
please suggest
you might like to refer to the following:
The Account Administrator role is a built-in role, while the owner is an RBAC role assigned by the Service Administrator of the Account or any other user with the Owner RBAC role (which has the same privileges as the Service Administrator) assigned for the subscription. Please refer here:
Classic subscription administrator roles, Azure roles, and Azure AD roles | Microsoft Docs
