Cannot set virtual swtich's External Network to wifi adapter in Hypver-V

For the past half a year, my windows professional version works fine. But recently, it encounters a strange problem.

Suddenly, I cannot configure any virtual switch to use wifi adapter in hyper-v.

When I try to do it, it says.

"Failed while modifying virtual ethernet switch connection settings."

It also complains 0x80070057 (Failed to disconnect ethernet switch port (switch name = [UUID], port name = [UUID], the parameter is incorrect.) and 0x80070490 (Ethernet port [UUID] bind failed: Element not found.).

I tried all the methods the internet can provide. There is no solution. How can I solve this?

Thanks.

Likely some remnants and or left over confusion. Something here might help.

    Hi,

Have you connected the wifi adapter to any other Hyper V virtual switch before, would you provide a screenshot of your current Hyper V virtual switches?

Can we create an internal virtual switch successfully?

    Best Regards,
    Anne
