November Transactions "Unprocessed"

Partner Center has traditionally paid out in the second month following a month of transactions.

For example...
September 2020's transactions were paid out in November 2020.
October 2020's transactions were paid out in December 2020.

Now...
November 2020's transactions, which would be expected to be paid out in January 2021, are still at this writing "Unprocessed".

Is there a problem processing them, or has the timeline policy changed?
