Configure Data Box remotely (without physical access to the box)

Is it possible to reach the Data Box configuration web portal through the DATA1/DATA2 ports? Or can I only reach it through the MGMT interface?
My use case: I need to remotely reach the Data Box web UI since I don't have physical access to the Data Box.

I have read the documentation here: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/databox/data-box-cable-options
And I cannot use "Option 1 - Initial setup via server" since I can only connect the data ports to a switch, not directly to the server with data.
I cannot use "Option 2 - Initial setup via separate computer" since I don't have physical access to the data box.

The use case that is closest to mine is mentioned as "Transfer via DATA port with static IPs using a switch", with the exception that I will not be able to have physical access to the data box - and thereby cannot connect a laptop to the MGMT interface.

The only option I believe will work without configuring from the MGMT port is if you have a DHCP server, last one on the page you linked. The device should pickup and IP address and you can use that to sign-in to the WEB UI.
