Azure VMWare not accessible

Good Day to All, Hope all is doing well with this time of event.

We are currently facing an issue with one of our Azure VMWare. The server has setup to start automatically which is working properly, our error was there are times that users from outside cant access the web application from the server and remote desktop is not accessible too. To be able to resolve these issues we need to manually restart the VMware form the Portal. We rarely experience the error before but in the past four months it is becoming a repeatedly error like we encounter it 3 to 4 times a week. Is there anything to where I can start to check? I have already check inside the VMware in the Event Viewer but there are no errors that could cause the issue.

Any help or suggestion would be great.

Thanks, Jonel

Hi @prmanhas-MSFT thanks for quick response....

The error was the connection from the VMware going to outside users after the VMware has been started. If we access the web page of the application it says connection refused in the browser and when checking in the Azure Portal the VMware was already started and if will try to check it using RDP, there will be no connection established. To fix the connection error we will restart the VMware via Portal and after a few minutes it will be accessible.

Thanks
