Please don't publish duplicate threads, and if it happen by mistake, then choose on the thread as active and in the other one edit the question + add link to the active thread + add comment to the Moderator to delete the duplicated one.

Your question is not clear, are you asking if bidirectional replication is possible between on-premise and Azure?
That is:
On-premise --> Azure
Azure --> On-premise
With Azure Site Recovery (ASR) it is possible to replicate computers from on-premise to Azure, and then fail back the computers.
