DirectX 11 - OpengL

I have a DX12 but games that runs OpengL, DX11 and below except DX9 shows only a black screen to most of my games (Resident Evil 2 Remake if my config.ini file is set to DX11 launcher shows fatal application error DX11 shaders, Mega Man 11 black screen but with audio only) and emulators (PSX, PS2, Gameloop with transparent background but with audio and Memu Play same as with Gameloop). It wasn't like this before. Drivers are up to date. Already tried reinstalling my NVIDIA GPU. There's an update for my intel but the website's manufacturer (Intel) can't install it to my laptop.
