Add/Change User on Developer Account for Publishing Microsoft Edge add-on to the Store

We're still experiencing the same challenge that I inquired about last year.

We've got an Acrolinx company account for publishing an extension for Microsoft Edge. But my email address is the only user associated with that account with publishing permissions.

We tried setting up an entirely new company account so a different person can publish the add-on but that wasn't allowed, presumably because the same named company account already exists.

Has anything changed from last year? Is it possible to change the user associated with an existing developer account for a given company (Acrolinx)? Or can we add to the account additional users who can also publish our extension?

Try contact Microsoft Support and ask them for help.
