As @amanpreetsingh-msft already explained it, you will need to put more information if you want some help. With the single sentence you write, it's not possible to help you. Edit your post, and add more inputs. Thanks ! 😊

Hello ! I hope you are doing great and having a nice day !

I think it would be a great idea to set up standards for the DOCS and new or existing user that open up post without information, but also I would put the emphasis on a Hello World at the beginning with a Thank you very much at the end of the sentence. I think it can make a difference and give some appreciation or support to contributor.

You guys are doing a great job and in particular @amanpreetsingh-msft , is driving the entire docs and have all the answer :P Please Share me some !

Have a great day!

@DarrellShack-3690 What's the error? Always include detailed error like on-screen error, error in event logs etc. while posting a question.

@amanpreetsingh-msft One of the support engineers said he escalated this post and mentioned what the issue was. I am not able to configure a new Azure AD Connect for my Azure AD / Azure AD Domain Service. I am trying to connect the two but it is currently not working or available.

@DarrellShack-3690 Looking at the error there seems to be a problem between connectivity of your AD Connect server and Domain Controller. Make sure your domain controller is up and running and you are able to connect to connect to all required ports mentioned here using the Port Query tool.

Alternatively, if there is a Domain Controller withing same site as of your AD Connect server, you can:

Open the Synchronization Services manager console > Connectors Tab > open properties of on-prem AD Connector > select Configure Directory Partitions > select checkbox for only use preferred domain controllers and specify Name or Address of the DC to which you know there is good connectivity. Please refer to the snip below:
