Intune - Issue while trying to access private apps from Intune store

Hello Team

Private app deployed at Intune for Android. But when user trying access the app, user stuck at below error -

"Help us keep your device secure" your sign-in was successfully, but your admin requires your device to be managed by ORG to access this resources"

and another error -

" you can't get there from here. you can't access this browser on your device. you need to use safari and Edge" - here user using only Edge/ Safari as default web browser in iOS device

Application installed from Company portal store only and re-enrollment troubleshooting done but still no luck

kindly advise on this issue

@Amy92 Thanks for posting in our Q&A.

To clarify this issue, we appreciate your help to collect some information:
1. Please check whether this device displays in the intune portal and Azure AD portal.
2. Please check whether deploying the conditional access policy.

If there is anything unclear, feel free to let us know.

here the details -
1- it shows in Intune portal
2- conditional policy applied but below error not relate to policy as i tested in iPad and it worked but in iPhone where as using only safari web (even tried in Edge but same result) it gives me below error -

@Amy92 Thanks for your reply. From your description, I know that when using the same conditional access policy, this error message occurs in iPhone and Android, not iPad. If there is anything misunderstanding, feel free to let us know.

Could you please get the screen shots of the conditional access policy? We will do the test in our lab.
