os license version for user license upgrade

since day 1, the user is licensed m365 business premium and the os license is windows 10 business for the enrolled autopilot computer.

recently the user upgraded license to m365 e3 and the os license of the existing enrolled autopilot computer (using since day 1) does not auto upgrade to windows 10 enterprise.

anyone upgrade user license and encounter this before? thanks.

Up to 10 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 3.0 MiB each and 30.0 MiB total.

Based on my research, the issue seems to be not related with Intune, here is an article for the reference:

Given the situation, we will remove the intune tag. Thanks!
