1-what is the cost and which subscription i need if i will use store simple and already i have the device model 8600 40 tb and I intend to use storage on premise only?

2-can i choose to keep data only on disks not on cloud?

3-what services i need to create on subscription?

    @Ibrahim Gamal A Adding more information's to the above suggestion StorSimple 8000 series will reach its end-of-life in December 2022. If you are considering new deployments of StorSimple 8000 series, we recommend that you explore other alternatives such as Azure File Sync or Azure Data Box Online devices for your workloads.

    • An Azure subscription is the most basic container for billing for each cloud service (such as Azure Files). Resource group: A resource group is a logical group of Azure resources, such as a storage account or a Storage Sync Service. You can create a new resource group or use an existing resource group for Azure File Sync.
    • Initially you can go with Pay-as-go subscription
