iPhone company portal detect apps

Hi,

I am testing company portal, and it works nice on the iphone. I have one question, we have made excel available in the company portal app, and if I select the app it say "install", but my phone already have excel installed and I am logged on with my email account within Excel. So why isn`t company portal detecting that the app is installed ?

If I select "install" the application is downloading but to me it doesn't seem like it has reinstalled excel, not sure whats happening in the background. But after awhile company portal say that Excel is installed, and Excel is still at the same place as nothing has happend.

Thanks for reply

@andreasbright-4989 Thanks for posting in our Q&A.

Based on my research, this is a known issue. We suggest to feedback in the intune uservoice in the following link. This is a place to collect customers' requirements and problems. If more and more people have this requirement, maybe the Intune product group will consider this feature.

Thanks for understanding and have a nice day.
