Why won't my files save to OneDrive?

I am having troubles saving any of my documents to save to OneDrive. I have a school account, and I have redownloaded the office subscription through my school more than once. It says that I am signed it when I go to my account through Microsoft word, but whenever I try to save my information into OneDrive after creating a document, it prompts me to sign in. When I then try to sign in with my school account, it says my email is not able to be used and then blocks the upload to OneDrive. I am worried about my files not saving if I can't upload them.

This is a problem that just occurred recently; I was able to save my files to OneDrive up until a couple of weeks ago.

Up to 10 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 3.0 MiB each and 30.0 MiB total.

Hi! did you manage to solve this problem? I am also having trouble saving my files to onedrive. I am already signed in with my account but then it also asks which e-mail I would like to use to save it and then when I type the very same (because there is where I want to save it) it also says I am already signed in and there are not other options available. So either I type my e-mail and it accepts it or I can not longer save in my onedrive account.

Based on your description, I have some questions as below.

-What’s the version of your Office?
You could check it in File>Account>Product Information.

-Can you sign in OneDrive online successfully?

-How did you save files to OneDrive?
Did you save through File>Save As?

It says that I am signed it when I go to my account through Microsoft word

-Can you save files to other locations successfully?

Please give a screenshot of the message which says your email is not able to be used.

I have Office 365 A5 for students. I can sign into OneDrive successfully. I can save files directly to my PC, but whenever I try to save to OneDrive, it says upload blocked. I do save my files through the "Save As" button. It says I am signed in through connected devices as well as user information. 58451-2021-01-19.png

I have included these images, if it helps. On the my account tab, through Microsoft Word, I am signed in with my school account. But the error occurs when I try saving my information to OneDrive, and tries to make me sign in again.
