App visible in the windows store but not in the xbox store

Hello. I created a submission for an app to a private group that includes only myself. The app is mainly for xbox and I wanted to test the submission process.

The application was approved and it is visible to me in the store for windows, but I cannot find it on the xbox. When I go to the windows store I can find it and install it in my computer but when I click on "install in my devices" I get the screenshot below.

The application has been approved for more than 2 days.

Could you please tell me what is the meaning of the message because it is not English?

Another thing that might be related is that have you set the release schedule option when you submit your app?

It is a non specific meaningless message : "Try again. Something went wrong on our end, waiting a bit might help ".

My release schedule says:

"This product will be available to customers as soon as possible."

I only added 1 screenshot for windows and none for xbox, but according to the documentation "Only one screenshot (for any device family) is required for your submission".

When I go to the application page in the windows store it says that is available for xbox one and series x/s. Is there a way to get a more specific message to know what is going on? Giving you the id of the application might help?

The error message looks like there is an error inside the sever.

No, it is not suitable to share your application ID on the public forum. For your scenario, you might need to ask the Store team to check your app in the backend. You could open a free support ticket here: Contact Us. Choose to Contact us, select Dashboard for Topic, and select App submissions and management for issue type.

The problems were the methods I was trying to install the app on xbox. Searching for the app in the store on trying "install from my devices" from the store app in the pc wont work for a private group app.

Directed by support, I went on and opened the link that appears in the product identity section in the edge browser on the xbox and that worked.
