i Just received a new company phone and went to set up my Microsoft authentication app. I was able to setup my personal account with no issues. When i add my business account, it wants my to get a code from my authentication app. Well that can't happen because i can't sign in. The only other choice it gives me is use another authentication app. Is there any way around this? I can't log into my account online now as it ask for a code.
