Intune not automatically installing updates

Hi,

We are trying to get quality updates installed on Windows 10 client machines. they have successfully download and is now pending install. At the moment they show as pending install in the Endpoint website.
We set the Intune update policy to "Auto install and restart at maintenance time". Which is set outside of the hours of 10am to 4pm.

For some reason the updates are not installing, we expect them to install at 4.01pm but nothing happens. The users can manually select install but we have 200 devices.

Anything I have missed?

To clarify this issue, we appreciate your help to get the screen shots of the intune update policy. We will try to do the test in our lab.

Is someone still using the devices outside of 4pm? Have you set any deadlines to make sure that the updates are installed?
