Ews ,Ews editor -Exchange Server

Hi, 

the ews url is working in the browser , but through the EWSEditor i am not able to bind the mailbox. Using tls1.2 in the exchange server. Is there any constraint to bind the mailbox.

Need troubleshooting steps to check the problem.
