Problem is that the Room is not Auto-accepting the room bookings, and not sending responses.

I have logged on as the Room mailbox and checked the settings:

Any advice?

Can you logon to the room directly via outlook? Sometimes that pops it or shows you something not so obvious when sending a meeting request to it.

Enable the account and reset the password for that room, then create a new Outlook profile for that room and logon to it as that room and then test again from your mailbox.

    Hi,@heidi.h
According to the document, there are several parameters in your settings which are different from the suggested settings.

@Kael Yao-MSFT none of those parameters should be relevant.

This should be set to false if you are not adding an additional response, or set what the additional response should be

    AddAdditionalResponse : True

I have an Additional Response, I just didn't add it into this public forum.

Can you try creating a new room as a test ( not integrated with Teams) and see if that works.

Created a new room with no integration into Teams, with the following settings and the result was no message back and it set to Tentative.

@Andy David - MVP yes I can. I went via OWA. Nothing pops.
Message Requests are all sitting in the Inbox.

And a Message Trace shows that my booking emails are going to the Room mailbox. Nothing is leaving the Room mailbox.

I'm reading this as "Auto-Accept" is not working, even though it's set correctly.
