Why does My computer shut off randomly?

Hi I have a computer it shuts off twice a day. I figured out one of the shut offs. The first shut off is because of a bad power supply. The second shut off is because of a OS issue. I need help figuring out how I can keep my computer from shutting off. One last thing before I tell you my specs. When I press the power button to turn my computer on the second time it's kind of like my computers in sleep mode but it's not.
Here are my specs.

Samsung 850 EVO pro
3 terabyte western digital hard drive
512 Gigabyte wester digital SSD

In Control Panel go to Administrative Tools then in there go to Computer Management. Then in the tree in the left select Event Viewer in System Tools. Look around in there. There are many possible places that there could be relevant errors. One place in particular to look at is in Windows Logs look at System.

Ok thanks but why does it not work? I have tested all my computer parts and they are fine. It was doing the same thing with my other computer too and it had completley different parts. So. Ok thanks for helping me even tho it was a bust.

The problem is outside of Windows so Windows does not have additional information. At least not there. I do not know where to look next but I hope that helps.
