Azure AD user cannot authenticate in windows 10

I created azure AD user then I joined that user to one of my laptops then after joining it should authenticate if I install any software or change setting.
but it won't authenticate and act as an administrator user.

@AhmadAfzaal-0891, For an Azure AD user to login to a Windows 10 machine, that machine should be joined to AAD through any of the following means:

  1. Azure AD Registered Device

  2. Azure AD Joined

  3. Hybrid Azure AD Joined

Until the machine is registered in AAD, if you login even with an Azure User, the machine would treat that user a local user (since machine is not connected to Azure AD).

I would recommend you going through the following articles to get an understanding of how to add a device to AAD first and then how an enterprise user present in that AAD can login to that machine using his organization account:
