With Microsoft having released the exchange connector 4.0 to deal with incoming mail, what is the current recommended solution for sending mail from SCSM. Obviously basic authentication is practically dead which rules out SMTP Auth, direct send only allows internal users and I'm not convinced SMTP relay is the answer either.
Surely there's an official position on this by now?
