You'll find the hardware requirements listed here.

Thanks for your answer. I have seen the system requirements provided in Microsoft official website. But I searched in google about it and some websites were telling that your pc not work properly or extremely slow. So I am completely confused...If you kindly tell me that am I install windows 10 v1909 32 bit
I'd also check the pc manufacturer's web site for specifics on supported operating systems. Unless the hardware is quite old it should be capable of running a 64 bit operating system.
What is the model number for the Intel Atom Processor?
May be a problem
That Atom processor is a little on the older side. It was one of the first Intel Atoms released. I had the earlier version of Windows 10 running on 230/330. In fact it worked better than Windows 7. Theoretically it should work, but don't expect blazing performance.
Devices that run Windows 10 for desktop editions require a 1 GHz or faster processor or SoC that meets the following requirements:
Compatible with the x86 or x64 instruction set.
Supports PAE, NX and SSE2.
Supports CMPXCHG16b, LAHF/SAHF, and PrefetchW for 64-bit OS installation
It sounds like your processor could even run 64-bit Windows 10, but it would be slow unless you can upgrade the RAM to 4 GB. An SSD would also speed it up, but investing in the additional RAM and SSD might not be worthwhile. For 64-bit you would need 2 GB RAM minimum.
I have one very old 32-bit only CPU laptop that came with Windows XP originally. It has only 1.5 GB of RAM and a small HDD. It can run the latest Windows 10, but it is very very slow. The Intel display adapter has to use the Microsoft Basic Display Adapter driver, as the Intel driver no longer works with recent Windows 10 builds.
If you have the disk space, you could always try installing Windows 10 to a small partition, as a dual-boot option, just to see how it runs. If you don't need anything on the PC, you could also just clean install Windows 10 to give it a try.
If I install 32 bit of windows 10 v1607 in 1GB of RAM is my computer be slow down??
With a 1.6 gHz processor and 1 gB Ram yes I would plan on it being slow no matter the OS you installed.
If you can upgrade the RAM, it might be usable. The old one that I have, I only use for the challenge of seeing whether it can install the latest Windows 10 version or not. It is so slow, that it is not really usable. I upgraded it to 1.5 GB from 1 GB because I happened to have one memory module that fit. RAM for it is very cheap, so I have considered buying more. With 4 GB and an SSD it might actually run OK. This laptop was barely used, so it is in fairly new condition physically. It would run nicely with Windows XP, but not securely anymore.
I don't think there would be any performance benefit from running 32-bit over 64-bit, but you would need to have 2 GB RAM to meet the minimum spec for 64-bit.
It is easy to give Windows 10 a try. Just download it for free from Microsoft and install it. Then you will know. If you are happy with how it runs, you can then see if you can still upgrade, or else buy the license for it. Some claim that upgrading still works.
Yesterday I upgrade my PC with windows 10 it is running smoothly. But there is a little problem..while I using windows 7 my screen resolution was 1366x768...but now in my pc has only options are 1024x768 and 800x600 in display settings. So, what I do to get back the 1366x768 resolution...should I update display drives? I install windows 10 v1511 32 bit
