What does the entry in the host file means: 127.0.0.1 smartscreen.microsoft.com
I have windows defender SmartScreen enabled in my machine and I did not see such entry in my hosts file.
Delete this entry and then observe whether there is any abnormality. If there is something unusual with defender SmartScreen, then just add this entry back in hosts file.
If there is no abnormality after deleting, it means that this entry was suspicious and there is no problem to delete this entry.
