I cant enable my admin account. When i try enabling admin account, it says successful but on top of WRE command line, it says "Not enough memory resources available to process this command". Yet when i write down "net user administrator /active:yes" I get reply saying "The command completed succesfully" but in the start up screen, its only the guest account. I cant even access any privelege from guest account neither can i delete or install to clear my C drive which is almost full. I tried changing my guest account type but my guest account has no privelege. When i get the prompt "Do you want to allow this app to make changes?", theres no YES option. Just a NO. Please help. I couldnt even reset due to space limitations.

Is your usual Windows account that use use each day an Administrator account? Can you open an Administrator CMD Prompt? If so, try running:

    cleanmgr /sageset

Check every option except the Downloads folder, if Downloads is in the list (unless you are willing to delete everything in your Downloads folder).

The previous command only presets what will be done when you run this command:

    cleanmgr /sagerun

That should clear some disk space.

Do you have Virtual Memory enabled? Normally that should be set to Automatically manage paging file size for all drives.

Hopefully this will help with disk space and memory issues.

See if you can do what you need now.
