Bing Search Resource Key + Customsearch.ai

Question

I'm having trouble accessing analytics / statistics for an instance of customsearch.ai. When I click on the "statistics" tab under production, I get the following message:

"No calls were found for this instance using a subscription key that supports the "Statistics" feature. For more information on the available subscription tiers check out the pricing page."

I am using a product key from a Bing Resource at pricing tier S2 Standard which should allow for access to analytics. This resource is attached to an Azure month to month paid account.

Any help you could offer would be much appreciated!
