I had a corrupt windows user profile (mine) and had to create a new user for me in Azure AD. I have Microsoft 365 Business Standard subscription.
I did the following steps:
Set up new user in AAD
Set MDM and MAM to "None"
Set up user in Office 365 Admin
Assigned Office 365 Business Standard license to me
Gave new user Global Admin (and others including Intune Admin even though I don't have an Intune License subscription in Business Standard)
Selected Organization owned
Entered new user name and password

I tried setting MDM and MAM to ALL but then I received error:
As far as I know, I followed all microsoft documentation.
How do I fix this?
