Issue starting server services since performing January 2021 Windows security updates

Hello,

I'm trying to use RDP to login to the server. Will not allow login, just states that connection to the remote computer failed. Upon further review found that some services on the server related to RDP are unable to start throwing out 1068 and 1069 errors when trying to start necessary services.

I have a SQL server experiencing similar issues although I'm able to login remotely all of the SQL services are unable to start. Had to revert back the changes made to before the updates and the services are fine.

This began when trying to install January 2021 Windows server security updates. I've been in the process of troubleshooting a bit today, but I'm not entirely sure how to get services back running again on the server.

Remote desktop connection broker
Remote desktop management
Remoteapp and desktop connection management

Also, the Windows internal database service is not running and gives a 1069 error stating login failure, which I believe might be the overall culprit here as the other above mentioned services all depend on this service.

Got the issue figured out. Had to add some accounts to the "login as a service" GPO under computer configuration>windows settings>security settings>local policy>user rights assignment. Looks like someone recently added a GPO, but the "Network", "Service", and "Network Service" accounts were not added.

Once I added these accounts I was able to start the Windows internal databases service, which then allowed me to start the other remote desktop services listed above.
