Hi all. Hoping you might be able to assist with an Update Compliance issue that appeared last week.

Typically, to access the Update Compliance workspace we would go to the Update Compliance tile and click on the "View Summary" button to populate the data in the tile. This data should display the total number of devices and the number of devices needing attention. We would then click on that data to access the workspace.

The issue we are experiencing at the moment is that whenever we click the "View Summary" button we get an error "SwallowedException", accompanied by a picture of a cloud with an exclamation mark.

I think the issue started last week some time.

Thanks in advance for your help!

The issue is fixed and deployed by Engineering team. Some customers are not getting the fix due to stale browser cache. There are two workarounds:

    1. Hard refresh
    2. Navigate to the Workspace Summary blade and click on the Updates tile.

Kindly check and revert if you are still facing the issue.
