Auto attendant access on Teams Portal is missing why

Hi @DougMorrison-2654.

Based on my knowledge, it requires Phone System licenses to enable call control and PBX capabilities in Office 365 cloud. The license is available as an add-on or as part of the Enterprise E5 licenses. Therefore, I suggest you go to check if you have enabled them for these licenses. Besides, you can also contact other admins and check whether they can see the Call queue and Auto attendee options.
