AADB2C: Force password reset - please can you update the status of this item

As requested by the Azure support twitter account, please can you update the status of this ticket. It is still very relevant and becoming more so as time progresses and organisations have to improve their security/deal with password scenarios.
Your account stated that you would give an update at the end of 2018 and despite multiple requests nothing has been heard since so I would be grateful if you could do so again.

    Thanks for your reply. I have been implementing that for the last week & have to admit it has been horrendously frustrating compared to using the flows.

    It doesn't help that the samples don't work without many changes. In the end I discovered the IEF setup and after deleting my xml flows taken from the samples collection, I finally got it to work - https://b2ciefsetupapp.azurewebsites.net/. I wish that there was a "generate and download my initial flows" button to which would have made this process and your suggestion to use that sample workable.

    The question was about where the progress was on the simpler flow like signup/signin which has a comment it is in the roadmap. Are you now saying this is no longer planned (in which case please can you update the original question)?
