Single App mode problem iOS - Company portal does not download

Hi, I have single app mode setup for my iPads enrollment. Everything worked fine for the last year. Today my users are not able to pass trough "Guided Access app unavilable..."screen. Seems that automatic download of Company Portal does not work. I saw post on reddit that someone has this problem as well. https://www.reddit.com/r/Intune/comments/lbmcbj/single_app_mode_takes_hours/ Any suggestions?

It's probably related to incident below. However MS claims it's fixed now.

Users were unable to enroll iOS devices and Windows AutoPilot devices as portal.manage.microsoft.com was inaccessible.

We were having this same issue this morning. I am trying to find a record of the incident you listed but cannot find it anywhere. Could you help point me in the right direction to find this.

You should be able to find this in health center in your endpoint manager.

For this issue, I have done a lot of research. In our official articles, I find the same error message. We can read the following article as a reference. We can try the resolution to fix the problem.
